Peak Season (Valentine's Day & Mother's Day)
Do you offer promos?
We typically do Early Bird promos every season, and we announce these on our social media accounts. Please follow us to stay updated!
Can I make changes to my order?
All orders are considered final. We are unable to process changes to order details, addresses or card messages after your order has been confirmed as our logistics team will have already finalized the routing.
What time will my order be delivered?
For peak season, we are unable to provide an exact time due to the volume of orders. However, we always target to get deliveries done around lunch time.
How will I know when my order has been delivered?
You will receive an automated notification via Email/SMS once our rider has successfully completed the delivery.
I ordered flowers for pick-up at the pop-up booth. Can I have your staff meet me at the entrance / curbside of the mall?
Unfortunately, our staff members cannot leave the booth unattended. Please come and pick up your orders directly at the booth.
I missed the online preorder cut-off. Can I still purchase flowers?
Yes! We have a selection of fresh arrangements available at our pop-up booths. 🌸
To check real-time stock, you may message us at +63 917 932 1921 via Viber or WhatsApp. However, please note that our team is assisting customers at the booths, so replies may be delayed. For the best experience and most accurate selection, we highly recommend visiting our locations directly.

Is same-day delivery available during peak season?
To maintain the quality of our arrangements and ensure all pre-orders arrive on time, we are unable to accept same-day delivery requests during the Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day and Father's Day peak seasons. We allot our flowers and delivery slots weeks in advance to guarantee a seamless experience for our clients.
However, you can still get flowers! Please visit any of our pop-up booths announced through our Instagram account for on-the-spot purchases.
Orders
What is your same-day delivery cut-off?
Our official same-day cut-off is 10:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
Same-day or rush deliveries are not available during peak season.
Can I change my order after payment?
Unfortunately, once payment is confirmed, all order details are considered final and cannot be amended to avoid production delays and mishaps.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our arrangements, we do not accept returns.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before payment. After payment, cancellation requests are subject to review and are typically not allowed once materials have been purchased.
Product & Quality
Why does my arrangement look slightly different from the photo?
Flowers are products of nature. While we strive to match the website photos exactly, slight variations in bloom size or shade may occur. Rest assured, the value and overall aesthetic of your arrangement will always be maintained.
How long will my flowers last?
Fresh flowers last anywhere from 3-7 days depending on care, while preserved flowers last up to 5 years or more. For more info, please visit our Flower Care page.
Payments
How long do I have to settle payment?
Payment must be completed within 24 hours or by the next banking day. Unpaid orders may be automatically cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?

- PayPal (+6%)
- Cash upon order confirmation (COD not available)
My payment went through, but I didn't get a confirmation email.
Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s still not there, please send a screenshot of your payment to our Viber/WhatsApp at +63 917 932 1921 so our team can verify it manually.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is delivery?
We offer free shipping within Metro Manila for orders ₱5,000 and above, and a starting rate of ₱500 for all other orders.
For peak season, our delivery fee starts at ₱500.
What areas do you deliver to?
All arrangements are available for delivery within Metro Manila and nearby areas. Selected preserved arrangements are available for nationwide shipping. International shipping is not available at this time.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes! You may request for a specific delivery time for Metro Manila deliveries for a Priority Fee starting at 1,000 depending on the location, so our team can arrange a special delivery for your order.
However, the Priority Delivery Service is not available during peak season.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
Our riders will attempt to contact the sender or recipient. If no one is available to receive the flowers, the arrangement will be left with building security or at the reception. If redelivery is required, an additional delivery fee will apply.
Discount
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
