Terms and Conditions:

  • AVAILABILITY
      • Colors and fillers for ALL arrangements are subject to availability upon receipt of order form
      • The Glass House reserves the right to automatically choose your second color choice for all FRESH arrangements (in case your first choice is unavailable) without prior notice

 

  • DELIVERY WITHIN METRO MANILA
    • Flower Boutique
      • We deliver ALL fresh and preserved arrangements within Metro Manila (corresponding fees may apply)
      • Free delivery within Metro Manila (Mini Fleur and Tiny Fleurs excluded from promo)
      • The Glass House reserves the right to forfeit your order, in case the flowers are refused or prohibited from entering the premises upon delivery. Request for re-delivery would be incur a 500 pesos charge.
      • The Glass House will not be held liable for wilted flowers effective 1 hour after the time of delivery
    • Balloonery
      • We deliver ALL balloon arrangements within Metro Manila (corresponding fees may apply)
      • The Glass House reserves the right to forfeit your order, in case the balloon(s) are refused or prohibited from entering the premises upon delivery. Request for re-delivery would incur a 500 pesos charge.
      • The Glass House will not be held liable for popped balloons effective immediately after the time of delivery
    • The Glass House reserves the right to use a 3rd party delivery service without prior notice if deemed necessary
    • We CANNOT guarantee the time of delivery as we have a route to follow per day
    • Deliveries are from Mondays-Saturdays (except holidays), 10AM-5PM
    • The Glass House reserves the right to postpone deliveries should inclement weather be ensuing. We will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God

  

  • DELIVERY OUTSIDE METRO MANILA
    • Flower Boutique
      • ALL preserved arrangements are available for nationwide shipping (corresponding fees may apply)
      • Fresh arrangements may be delivered to selected parts of Rizal and Cavite (corresponding fees may apply)
                  • Rizal : Antipolo, San Mateo, Cainta, Taytay
                  • Cavite : Imus, Bacoor, General Trias, Dasmariñas
      • Preserved arrangements bound for provincial addresses will be shipped via 2Go Express
      • Transit via LBC / 2Go: 2-7 working days, no guaranteed delivery date and time.
      • You may check the status of your order here:
      • The Glass House will not be held liable for delayed or damaged parcels incurred during shipping.
    • Balloonery
      • Balloons may be delivered to selected parts of Rizal and Cavite only (corresponding fees may apply)
                  • Rizal : Antipolo, San Mateo, Cainta, Taytay
                  • Cavite : Imus, Bacoor, General Trias, Dasmariñas

 

              •   The Glass House reserves the right to use a 3rd party delivery       service without prior notice if deemed necessary

 

  • MODES OF PAYMENT
    • Banco de Oro/ Metrobank/ Bank of the Philippine Islands (bank deposit or online transfer)
    • Credit Card payments are accepted with PayPal service fee (+6%)
    • Cash upon pick-up or delivery not accepted
    • We require the full payment to be settled within 24 hours upon placing an order. Failure to do so will automatically forfeit the order/reservation

 

  • REFUNDS/ CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS
    • As all of our work is made-to-order, we cannot offer a refund on your purchase if you change your mind
    • Should you decide to postpone the delivery of your order, please notify us at least 2 days in advance of the original delivery date
    • Request for changes in order will be subject for approval by TGHF. Please email us for any requests
    • Cancellation of order shall not be accepted once payment has been made
