How do I care for my fresh flowers?
Fresh Flower Arrangements (Foam-Based)
- Place in a cool, dry area.
- Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
- Lightly add small amounts of water to the foam every 1–2 days to keep flowers hydrated.
Fresh Flower Arrangements (Water-Based)
- Upon receipt, carefully remove the lid if applicable and keep flowers in a cool area.
- Change the water every 2–3 days and trim stems slightly when possible.
- Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
- Handle the arrangement gently to preserve its shape.
For Preserved Flowers & Balloons?
Preserved Flower Arrangements (Lasts up to 5+ years)
- Keep in a cool, dry area.
- Avoid humidity, direct sunlight, and heat.
- Do NOT water.
- For encased arrangements, keep the lid closed to prevent moisture exposure.
Air-filled & Helium Balloons
- Keep indoors in a cool environment.
- Avoid sharp objects, rough surfaces, and direct sunlight.
- Exposure to heat may cause balloons to expand or deflate faster.
- (Helium) Float time varies depending on balloon type and environment.

Provincial Shipping
- Provincial shipping via courier typically takes 3–7 working days.
- Kindly note that delivery timelines depend on the third-party courier and are beyond our control.
